Now, I'm taking a rest in my home. I plan to practice speaking English in the afternoon, and after that, I'm going to the gym again.

I gotta improve stabilizing core muscles again. So, I'll do 3 sets of 15 reps, 40kg bench press in the evening.

Time flies.. I feel like I'm stuck in a tunnel again.
