I'm doing more than 20 push-ups. I need to increase my upper body volume. It's hard to get lean muscles.

I'm supposed to take a speaking English class tomorrow late morning. The class is for the intermediate level. Well, I think my English level is advanced low. But, I'd not spoken English for a while. So, I started from the intermediate level.
