I'm doing my house chores, and taking a rest. I'm exhausted. Cause, I started mining fiat currency today. When altcoin market was bearish, I usually did part time jobs.
Anyways, I'll use a shoulder press machine with 20kg. I don't know whether the weight is proper for me.
