I went to the gym in the early morning, then worked out for 2 hours. The intensity was low. Then, I came back home, and took a rest for a while. After that, I went to the gym again. Cause, I was supposed to take a PT class in the afternoon.

By the way, I measured my body fat ratio. It's around 20%. I need to decrease it more.
