I worked out in the morning. I attempted 12kg of dumbbell bench press in each hand. It was a little bit hard to hold and lift. I think my proper weight for dumbbel bench press is 10kg in each hand.

I'll work out in the evening again. I'll lightly do pull-ups around 30 times? By the way, I measured weight. It was lower than expected. I need to gain lean muscle more.
