I worked out at company.
I successfully did bench press with 50kg! I'm very confident to lift more weights. I think my 1RM is around 70kg.
Anyways, I'm supposed to have dinner with acquaintances. We've not decided what to eat. It's warm, and the air quality is better than yesterday. Enjoy this Thursday!
