In the morning and afternoon. I burned 1,500 kcal 🔥 It's been busy today. I have a lot on my plate.
By the way, It's hard for me to get lean muscles. I know I gotta do high intensity workouts. But, if I do it, I'll be exhausted easily and lose the interest of workouts. That's what I'm worried about. So, I just wanna do sustainable workouts.
