I've not worked out today.
I should have gone to the gym in the morning. But, I was lazy. Well, I'm not sure I can work out today. Cause, I'm supposed to join an English-speaking gathering in the afternoon. If I am tired after finishing it, I won't go to the gym.
By the way, I drunk coffee a lot yesterday. 2 cups of americano are not good for me. Cause, I'm sensitive to caffeine. I need to reduce drinking coffee.
