
I'm a little bit sick. So, I'm taking a rest. The recent air pollution is bad. When will it be improved.. 😞 I'm not sure I can go to the gym tomorrow.
By the way, my chest muscle definition is getting improved more and more. I'll focus on using chest muscle for this week.
