I'll do dumbbell bench press with 12kg in each hand today.
Then, if I have more energy to perform other workouts, I wanna do 40kg bench press. My body shape is getting sharper. But, I wanna get more lean muscles. It's difficult.
By the way, I'm gonna practice English-speaking in the evening. I've been tryna it everyday. I hope my English-speaking will be more developed on and on.
