My workout performance is getting better with respect to proper postures and weights. Furthermore, I got lean muscle mass. My body composition has been improved.
Today's weather is still cold. I thought that spring would come this week. But, not yet. The altcoin market sentiment is similar to the weather 😭 When is spring coming for the altcoin market again?
