I'm going to the gym.
Recently, I measured my body fat ratio. It was still 16%. But, I've been losing my muscle mass. I don't feel good. So, I started high strength workouts. I hope it works well.
Next Wednesday, I'm supposed to take a PT(Personal Training) class. I'm looking forward to getting lots of tips for increasing muscle mass.
