I'm not physically exhausted. Just mentally exhausted. I think I'm good at self-control. Sometimes, taking pills helps me.

Today's weather is pretty good to go for a drive. However, the air quality is poor.

By the way, I bought a black sleeveless shirt. I like it! I'll wear it a lot when I work out 🤣
