I got pain in my left shoulder muscle, after using the shoulder press machine last night. So, I used other machines.
By the way, it's been raining all day. It feels like summer is coming. Last night, I couldn't sleep well due to hot temperature in my home. The time to turn on an air conditioner is on the way.
