I gained muscle mass this month. My body composition has been improved. High intensity workouts worked for me.
It's still cold. It feels like winter. But, I wish this summer will come as late as possible 🤣 I hate summer..
When it comes to Crypto Total 2 Marketcap, will it be recovered somewhat next month? I've suffered tough time for the past 3 months. I wish it will be better than now 🙏 Please!
