I had a PT class today.
I lightly worked out due to pain in my forearms. After that, I got a hair cut, and then went to an eyebrow salon to trim my eyebrows.
The weather is getting warm. But, air quality is pretty poor. PM 2.5 is more than 30. It's a severe level. Staying home is better.
By the way, I think we're about to the next 3rd altseason. Someone said the 3rd altseason has already gone. Another one said there won't be more altseason. It's one of strong human indicators.
