I still have pain in my shoulder muscle. So, I couldn't do Shoulder Press. I walked on a treadmill for 30 minutes and rode a stationary bike.

I just arrived at the company. My work starts at 5 PM.

Anyways, I hope I get better soon, and work out well tomorrow 🙏
