I'll do 45 pull-ups and ride a bicycle for more than an hour. I need to rise the intensity of workouts for increasing muscle mass. While It's a good phenomenon that my body fat mass is decreasing, it seems that my overall body size is shrinking.
I took a nap for a while. I ate lunch with tofu, banana and nuts. I believe I've been paving the right way to improving my body composition.
