Tomorrow I will run 10 kilometers
The next half marathon is coming up, which is 21 km, and I have been preparing to run it next February 2005.
My training is taking place in a sports unit that is close to my house. There is a soccer field there and I walk around the field for 10 minutes to warm up my muscles. After the warm up I jog around the field for 45 minutes, which is 30 laps around the field.
Finally I gradually decrease the jogging until I go back to walking for another 10 minutes to cool down my legs. Tomorrow's challenge will be to jog for 60 minutes, in order to complete the equivalent of 10 km. I know I will meet it.
