Now, my body shape is better than before. Today, I worked out for 2 hours.

Biceps&Forearm muscle 20kg ✅️

Rear shoulder 30kg ✅️

Chest 45kg ✅️

Bench press assist 50kg ✅️ 55

Pull-up 6 times

I'll increase the weight of the bench press assist from 50kg to 55kg tmr.
