I am very fond of exercising and I keep doing exercises. I am glad that I am going to participate in engagement challenge of @ngoenyi, Season 23 w3. I hope this exercise will be beneficial to me.

How did you feel after exercise and where did the most pain?

The most pain or pain I felt in the thighs, both in front and back. It was not a common pain but a kind of hardship. My waist was also impressed because every exercise must maintain the right position.

After each session, I would completely get soaked in sweat and feel very tired. I tried to control the breath so that I could continue the exercise.

Although these exercises were not especially for the arms, they also feel pressure because the whole body has to be balanced. Finally, without exaggeration, after constant exercise, my body and legs began to tremble ... but it was a satisfactory pain.


Why are these programs important to me?

I'm trying to lose weight. For a month I have been running and having a healthy diet, but these exercises help strengthen my feet. Continuing the muscles make the muscles in good shape, as said in the class.

Endurance is essential for every player, and that's what I want to get, so these exercises are very important to me.

Conclusion


These exercises help strengthen the body, increase endurance and lose weight. Continuous hard work and properly make the muscles better. Although it feels fatigue and stretching, it is a satisfactory experience. Resilience and constant effort are the key to success.

Your entry is well received. You have been able to carry out the programs assigned for today, just that you didn't follow the number of repetitions in side squats. Instead of 15 reps for each leg, you went for 10. Perhaps you followed the number of repetitions in the demonstration video. Next time, try to pay attention to the instructions given. Apart from that, you did the programs with much energy.

  • Your responses to the last 2 questions are in order. The pains you felt are to be expected because when a new program is introduced, muscles are activated on the region. With consistency, the pains will disappear.

  • Your overall presentation is great. Hope to see you in the next class

Cuando hacemos este tipo de ejercicios por primera vez, el cambio se siente abismal, ya que incluso el mismo día de realizarlos, sentimos como si nos cayó un camión en el cuerpo jajaja, pero no te preocupes, en una semana todo pasará y después pensarás en que todo fue por un bien.
