Your entry is well received. You have been able to carry out the programs assigned for today, just that you didn't follow the number of repetitions in side squats. Instead of 15 reps for each leg, you went for 10. Perhaps you followed the number of repetitions in the demonstration video. Next time, try to pay attention to the instructions given. Apart from that, you did the programs with much energy.
Your responses to the last 2 questions are in order. The pains you felt are to be expected because when a new program is introduced, muscles are activated on the region. With consistency, the pains will disappear.
