This is a great day.

Dear Steemians and followers,

today was a great day, Yesterday Sean Warburton finished his 10 in 10 with a awesome steady pace.
So today 's run is dedicated to him up and foremost. Last couple weeks psychologicaly where a bit of a mess and was hard for me, i had a drawback and feeling i know to damn well.

So i picked up the pace and got it on !!!!
