You made me laugh with your funny comments, I know you mean it but it's also funny.

I understand your pains as I went through it, if it affects me, you shouldn't be exceptional. Your pains spotlight three things, first you're not familiar with the exercise, second it's your first time of doing the exercise and third, you did something good.

If am right, I also have a solution for you too, so smile 😁. Not being consistent on a particular program will surely incur pains whenever try to do it; my point is, keep executing according to your limit, gradually increase your reps as a form of progress, when you keep doing it to won't feel the pains anymore. You can learn from ngoenyi, she's a female being like you but she did it without a glimpse of pains in her face, that's a result of consistency.

You really try I must admit, I am encouraged when I see you guy's entry so this is not the time to give up, instead it's the right time to keep grinding.
