My Nominations For 2023 Steemit Awards
I am pleased to write my nomination award today. It's been a wonderful year full of numerous exciting activities and here we are again having the opportunity to choose an honorary award in 3 different categories to celebrate and appreciate exceptional Steemians and communities who contributed positively to the ecosystem. it's my first time yes I've decided to take the bull by the horns this year, please follow me along as I unveil my nominees; those I hope should be awarded this year.
I have graciously read great posts of brilliance this year, indeed we have geniuses and creative writers, and I'm one of them😝 I've seen amazing arts and crafts posts, I've read wonderful stories, Educative and informative posts and I always learn one or few things from this articles, so I was right when I said Steemit have good writers, but for this award I'm giving it to one of the genius in the platform @eliany!!!
Eliany is a beautiful young writer on the platform, she's an incredible author, and she knows how to pass information effectively. Her posts usually have a cultural impact, they sparked wider and broader conversations and users from anywhere could benefit from them.
She consistently produces good content, her health posts are quite Educative and informative and she's versatile enough to create other posts like arts, crafts and food, she's creative and innovative. Eliany is a masterpiece to be labelled with many stars ✨⭐✨ she sometimes used to organised contests to keep fellow writers active she's a blockbuster!
It's true that every user can write but not everyone can write in a way that stirs up and captures the interest of readers from the beginning to the end and moves them to positive reactions, only good writers like Eliany can do. She's a good reader too, she prefers being understood to admire, she used to write passionately about things that touched her deeply and she's always conscious of the correctness of grammar.
She's always concise and clear, not spreading bad grammar and she strives for perfection not being in a hurry to publish her posts but pays attention to details, it usually takes her time to check the correctness of every word, phrase and appropriateness of every expression she uses, but it doesn't matter, because that helps her to write well. Lastly, she doesn't repeat the same post so she could be given this award.
I nominate myself for this award, I've been on this prestigious platform for more than 2 years now and I've been contributing positively to its betterment since I was a newbie. I was barely 3 months old when I was appointed as a moderator In different communities and since then I've been dedicated to serving others, I used to guide, correct and encourage fellow users and I also used to organise interesting Contests to encourage users to be active and consistent.
Though a Nigerian, I understand that as a member of this great platform, I have the responsibility to help others and improve the state of communities and the platform at large. I do this both on small and large levels. I used to pay attention to users around me finding ways to address their needs by doing things that benefit them in the long run these include investing in Steem Power, (I never powered down before, instead, I'm dedicated to building my Steem Power so that I can use it to support members of Communities).
I've been supporting charities running on the platform, organizing meet-ups to train and encourage members of Communities. I've tried in my little way to protect the platform against plagiarism, AI Users, scammers and other fraudulent activities.
As a greeter I used to help newbies in navigating through the platform in their first 3 months. Showing them kindness, and listening ears, and always being ready to help. I mentor and train them, leading by example in every aspect. I've been a Community curator for more than a year using different SC accounts to support fellow users and helping spotlight some good authors each week.
As a representative of Steem I always put great effort into encouraging users to be active, consistent and writing quality articles. I'm always happy and eager to see everyone winning, I am approachable and welcoming, my DM is always open to everyone and I always attend to anyone who seeks my guidance and shows love for all. So I think I merited this award.
We have so many good Communities on the platform, but since I can only nominate one I will give it to incredible India this year. It's a fast-rising community, it always encourages users to be active and they appreciate good posts. The community welcome newbies in their midst and always takes time to guide them on how to make a quality post and source their images.
The community never runs out of engagement they always organise interesting contests which are open for everyone to participate in. I especially like their lifestyle contest which encourages original content on the platform.
Her Moderators are one of a kind, very active efficient and effective they always ensure that they've reviewed all the articles published in the community they are very quick in their review and support every user. I especially like their welcoming and encouraging words, they normally use the community Steem power to support all good content published in their community to encourage users to keep being active. I think they deserve the award.
These are my nominees for this year's award I believe all of them merited it because they proved themselves worthy over the years and I'll be glad if my nominees are favourably considered. Thank you 🙏

এবং সেরা অবদানকারী হিসেবে আপনি নিজেকেই উপস্থাপন করেছেন, এটা প্রশংসনীয় কারণ একজন মানুষ তাঁর নিজের সম্পর্কে সব চাইতে বেশি জানেন। তাছাড়া আপনার কঠোর পরিশ্রম, সততা সম্পর্কে স্টিমিট প্ল্যাটফর্মের সকলেই অবগত।
সর্বশেষ আপনি আমাদের কমিউনিটি অর্থাৎ #incredibleIndia কে সেরা কমিউনিটি হিসেবে মনোনীত করেছেন, এটা আমাদের #incredibleIndia পরিবারের সকল সক্রিয় সদস্যদের জন্য অনেক আনন্দের। গতরাতে আপনার পোস্ট দেখার পর আমি একটি আবেগপূর্ণ অনুভূতি অনুভব করেছিলাম।
কোথাও একটা মনে হচ্ছিল আপনার মতো একজন অভিভাবক আমাদের সাথে রয়েছেন। এটা সত্যই আমাদের জন্য বড় পাওয়া। তাছাড়া আমি আপনার পোস্ট দেখার পর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েই ফেলেছি যে আমি নিজেকে আরো বেশি সক্রিয় করবো। নিজের জন্য নয় বরং আমাদের কমিউনিটির ও কমিউনিটির সকল সদস্যদের জন্য। কারণ আমি চাই কমিউনিটির একটি শক্ত পিলারের ভূমিকা পালন করতে।

@eliany কে best author হিসেবে দেখার পরে আমি ওনার একটা লেখা পড়ার চেষ্টা করলাম। খুব বেশি লেখা পড়তে পারিনি তবেএকটি পোস্ট পড়ে আমি মুগ্ধ হয়ে গেলাম। ওনার লেখাতে আমি যে জিনিসটি পেলাম তাহলো খুব সহজ ও স্বাভাবিক ভাবে উনি যেকোন বিষয় উপস্থাপন করেন এবং লেখাগুলো খুব গোছানো হয়। উনার ডেইলি ডায়েরি গেমেও শিক্ষনীয় বিষয় থাকে। যেটা আমি অন্য পোস্টে খুব কমই পেয়ে থাকি। এ কারণে আমাকে বলতে হয় আপনি সঠিক নির্বাচন করেছেন।
এছাড়া আপনি বেস্ট কনট্রিবিউটর হিসেবে নিজেকে উপস্থাপনা করেছেন। সাম্প্রতিক সময় বিভিন্ন ঘটনায় আপনার ও @sduttaskitchen ম্যামের অবদান আমাদের নজরে পড়েছে। সেই হিসেবে আমি বলতে পারি কমিউনিটির জন্য আপনি নিঃস্বার্থভাবে ও অত্যন্ত পরিশ্রমের সহিত নিরলস কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন। ফলে আপনার নিজেকে নির্বাচন সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক।

@goodybest ম্যাম আমার স্টিমিট এ খুব বেশি দিনের পথচলা না। মাএ ৪/৫ মাসের জার্নি এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে। এখানে যোগদানের পর থেকেই যে কজন মানুষ এর নাম সবচেয়ে বেশি শুনেছি আমি তার মাঝে আপনি একজন। আমি আমার #incredibleIndia community তেও আপনার নাম নেয়া হয়েছে অনেকবারই। আমার কমিউনিটিতে অত্যন্ত পরিশ্রমী ও একজন সৎ মানুষ হিসেবেই নাম উচচারন করা হয় আপানার।
