I lightly worked out in the afternoon.

This month is a sabbatical for me. I won't practice speaking English. Because, I'm so exhausted.. due to the altcoin market.

Today, I used a Seated Leg Press machine. It was nice, and I like the machine. Tomorrow, I'll use the same machine.
