Daily Challenge Completed - 340 reps
Squats 4 sets of 8 – 32 reps
Bench Press 3 sets of 8 – 24 reps‘
Incline Flies 2 sets of 10 – 20 reps
Shoulder Press 3 Sets of 8 – 24 reps
Dips 3 sets of 8 – 24 reps
Calf Raise 3 sets of 12 – 36 Reps
60 Sprawls
60 Air Squats
60 Crunches

First time that I post here but this won´t be the last one :D
I did 200 jumps with the Skipping rope but I´m not sure if I should count them because this would increase the total amount of my reps too much. Maybe on my "rest" days ;)

As for the jumping rope, to try to keep this clear cut for everyone, we'll exclude those from reps, unless you're doing them for 30 minutes or more (extended cardio activity).

Glad you found our blog and it looks like you'll have some good tips for us to learn from.

Solid workout there, and welcome to the challenge.
I think skipping should be treated like cardio, with @steemmatt on this one.
However I count sled runs as reps because I load the sled up with weights, and doing about 120 steps flat out for 5 sets really works the legs(120 steps = 12 reps). They really take it out of you, especially @ sled weight + 75kgs

The sled sounds nice, maybe I should get one too :D
