My Fitness and Language Journey
Yesterday morning, I committed to a 1.5-hour workout session. It felt great to push myself, even though building lean muscle has always been a challenge for me.
Later in the day, I planned to hit the gym again after my English-speaking class. I just hoped I wouldn’t feel too exhausted to give it my all. Balancing fitness and learning a language isn’t easy, but I’m determined to make it work.
Speaking of English practice, I needed to prepare before class but wasn’t sure if I had enough time. It’s all about managing priorities and staying focused on my goals.
