I go to open a few apps and apparently there is a payment system error. It populated so often they have taken the App Store systems offline.
Hoping it is not a data breach...

Aside from that, Apple is a twisted mess. Half the time, it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing; I get these "random" charges and it takes hours of research to find out what they are for...
Good question on the headline -- figured it a symptom of a technology headache day.
Apple -- heaven have mercy, when the truth comes out. We have to make it through the faceslime debacle first.
