I did Paulie Zink's Yin Yoga from an online Yoga portal he offers the course at.
I really miss hot yoga. Bikram was always too intense but a good 85 degree class is just great.

Awesome! I did online videos for a long time, they definitely have lots of value I'm not familiar with Paulie Zink, but yin is super yummy!!
I'm in Texas, and we're enjoying the hottest days of the year. We don't have a/c in the ecovillage where I live, so all yoga is hot yoga for me right now :)
