Face yoga
Here is a facial yoga for everyone. This yoga makes your face elastic, tight and glowing as this blood circulate on your face area.
Puff your face - fill air in your mouth as much as you can and release at the count of 20.
Big eye face- raise your eyebrows and make your eyes big, don't stress them by over sizing them. Then get back to normal and close eyes at the count of 20.
Look at the ceiling - look up at the ceiling and stretch the neck and release at the count of 20.
Make O - make O mouth pulling your cheek and release at the count of 20.
Stick tongue out- stick yoir tongue asuch out as you can then release at the count of 20.
Fish face - suck in the cheeks inside and release at the count of 20.
Repeat this for 5 times of each exercise and you will notice the difference. Your double chin will vanish, your chubby cheeks will get less and skin will.look tight.
Do follow this for face.
I've heard of this and eye yoga too. It's not really total body-mind eperience, but it's sure part of it to also work and relax your face and eye muscles. A good practice should include it for sure.
