Hatha yoga on a daily basis
Hello, this entry begins a series of posts "Hatha yoga on a daily basis".
Yoga is a great tool for improving your body. You do not have to be a gymnast to do asanas and enjoy the benefits of it. There is great strength in simple positions.
Below I'm doing the Tadasana position - mountain pose. I do not have a special outfit, mats, and what is the most important - I'm at work :-)
The method of implementation:
- Feet joined, we stand at attention (almost like a soldier).
- We extend the spine so that the vertebrae rise one after the other.
- The top of the head reaches towards the ceiling.
- The body is compact, stable but with optimal muscular tension.
- A smile on the face produces endorphins :-)
Benefits:
- Deep muscles along the spine work, the distance between the vertebrae increases, the intervertebral discs are relieved.
- The chest is "open" stretches.
- This asana helps to create the right mental attitude: self-confidence, power.
In subsequent posts, I will present positions that, with a small amount of time and energy, can bring benefits to the body and thus affect general well-being.
