Absolutely. You should appreciate the downs because those are moments to workon yourself, knowing that a high wave has got to comearound some time.
And a high point shouldn't make you depressed when you look down and see that you could be making a big drop any time now. Just experience it all.

There is always something to be thankful for! Life is so much more beautiful and enjoyable since I learned this. The highs and lows are balanced.
