Killer Cardio - 10 - 20 minutes of cardio exercises

Hello fellow Steemers,
Here is a short cadio workout to help get the heart and circulation pumping well, without going to the gym.
Jump rope - 1 minute
High Knee-ups - 1 minute
Butt Kicks - 1 minute
Jumping Jacks - 1 minute
Tricep dips - Do 10
Push-ups - Do 10
Run - for 10 minutes

The simplicity here is key. I'm a big fan of the "7 minute workout app." The best workout is the one you actually do. :)

We make too many damn excuses on why we can't exercise when the truth is we can if we make the time.
