Back and Biceps with some HIIT cardio!!

So today went hard a the gym, 

Back:

  • Lat pull down widegrip
  • Lat pull down small grip
  • Back row
  • Dumbbell Back Row
  • Cable back twist

Bicep:

  • 21 7-7-7 50 lbs then 40 lbs
  • Down the rake up the rake

HIIT eliptical 10 mins 150 calories
