This is a quick one hour full body workout. Objective is to build power, explosiveness, and strength.

4 x 20 Kettlebell Swing
4 x 40 Sit-ups
4 x 30 Hip flexor
4 x 20 Shoulder Press
4 x 20 kettlebell Back Hyperextension
