Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:
Breakfast: a certain type of fruit, drink with a cup of milk to be skimmed, or replace it with a cup of coffee without sugar.
Lunch: Salad containing "lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber", with a piece of grilled meat or chicken breast, and eat bran bread, with natural orange juice.
Dinner: a cup of skimmed milk, with a spoonful of honey.
*Friday:
Breakfast: boiled egg, with a piece of low-fat cheese, and also a cup of coffee without sugar.
Lunch: Tuna tin without oil, or a piece of grilled fish, and four leaves of lettuce, with a glass of grapefruit juice.
