WALKING

Is one of the inevitable activities in living thing especially in human life is the most essential activities and the third most important stage of physical development in human life, when a child learns how sit followed by crawling the next stage which is WALKING and is the most celebrated and anxious stage for both parent and child. In some part of the world like Northern Nigeria to be precise when a baby begin its first step of walking alms is given out as a form of celebration.

Nothing is more important to human life like the capability of walking after the ability of sight. Walking explains one's personality and situation at a moment there are many different types of walking ranging from casual walking, stroll walking, brisk walking, steady and power walking etc. To walk is to move at a regular pace by lifting and setting down each foot in turn never having both feet off the ground the same time.

To have a proper walking posture you are to stand up straight imagine being tall and straight like that of a tree, you most not lean forward or backward to avoid muscles strain on the back sometimes the leaning either forward or backward appears like you are having a hunch back or chest out. Keep your eye forward,

this will guide the ability to see your path and everything coming your way and from all sides, and to reduce strain on the back and neck keep your chin up this allow you to look ahead rather down at your feet and lastly shrug once and allow your shoulder to fall and relax, slightly loosing your back up the shoulder will help relieve tension and put them into the position to use good arm motion while walking. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise in human life and with proper walking posture keeps the body healthier and intact.
