Superfood Quinoa Fruit Salad
This salad is quick, healthy and delicious for breakfast or dessert! Give it a try and let us know in the comments what you think.

Serves 7-8
Ingredients:
16 oz Strawberries, quartered
6 oz Blackberries
6 oz Raspberries
1 Mango, cubed
1/2 cup Mint, chopped
1/4 cup Orange juice (about 2 small oranges)
Juice from 1 lime
2 Tbsp Agave
Zest of 1 lime
Zest of 1/2 an orange
1 Tbsp Ground flax
2 1/4 cups Quinoa, cooked (about 3/4 cup uncooked)
Garnish:
Granola or walnuts for crunch
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and serve right away.
*** This recipe makes a lot, but the salad does not keep well, so try to only make what you'll be able to use the same day.
