Maple, citrus and ginger glazed brussels sprouts with carrots

A sweet and tangy side dish you'll want all winter long. PLUS, it's really quick and simple to make: all you need are eight ingredients and 20 minutes.

Serves 2-3 as a side

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cups Baby carrots, halved
3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
10 tbsp Orange juice
Zest of one Orange
2 tsp Ginger, fresh, minced
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the carrots and brussels sprouts in the oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and saute for about 10 minutes until the sugars start to caramelize and the vegetables start to brown slightly.

Not the biggest fan of sprouts, mainly because my folks used to serve them up as pretty much mush LOL Must try these out though they look gooooooood.
