RE: Greek Team Report #1 (07/10 - 13/10) - @dimitrisp
There's a lot to discuss in this post, so let's get to it.
On the positive side, I like all the data. You have an awesome, active team. And I like the fact that you go in depth and talk about real issues relating to your work with Utopian.
On the less than positive side, the writing of this post was unworthy for someone who works in language. There were grammar and style issues, as well as proofreading issues.
Now, on to the main course:
There have been some instances of abusing the review questionnaire (we don't care if it's by mistake or intended).
I care. And so should you. An honest mistake is not abuse, and should not be called that.
We've proposed to have a "moderator review" team, that will be reviewing the review comments of the moderators and check if they are following the review questionnaire answers.
Will there also be a team to review the moderator reviews? When there's an issue, you can talk to your category managers. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, you can talk to @knowledges, who's there to make sure all CMs are doing the best job possible. You can also talk to me. I'm responsible for the overall quality of our moderation comments. If we find that actual abuse is taking place, there's a wide variety of possible responses.
Your contribution has been evaluated according to Utopian policies and guidelines, as well as a predefined set of questions pertaining to the category.

If you could let me know about the grammar, style & proofreading issues you have found so I can fix them, it would be great (either here, or in discord if they are a lot).
I do, too. It was not my intend to make them sound that they are the same. However, it is very easy to abuse it and say "Oh, sorry, it was by mistake" in the Translations category. Also, a mistake in the actual questionnaire can easily result to a very big upvote, so there should be some penalties for mistakes too (as there are "penalties" on the incentives for posts with mistakes etc). Not everyone wants to improve themselves, if there is nothing to be afraid of.
I was talking about the moderators of the translations category only. We have noticed that sometimes the questionnaire is being filled out like almost everything was perfect, and the review comment is telling a very different story. Of course our CMs were notified, however we need someone who will be actively checking (random number) 1 out of 5 translation reviews, compare it to what was filled in the questionnaire and check if the post quality is as described (which -together with the project difficulty- is the main problem we face, in almost half of the reviews with issues).
Thank your for your review!

You don't. You need the translators to check 1 or of 1 of the comments they get. And to use the existing ticketing system to report issues on a per-problem basis. If specific moderators are a consistent problem, we want to know.
I'm going to do an edit for one paragraph:
In the past few weeks, the Translations Category has overwhelmed @utopian-io's voting power. Almost half of all contributions to Utopian were from our category, which resulted in some great contributions from other categories not getting their rewards.
Thank you for doing this.
Thank you for your review, @didic!
So far this week you've reviewed 15 contributions. Keep up the good work!
