Exercising, Earning and Learning 4 NOV 2023

During my treadmill workout today - and earning multiple tokens, I watched the video "What Future Humans, Cities and Bodies Will Look Like" on YouTube.

This fascinating video is narrated by one of my favorite modern physicists, Michio Kaku, and shows a possible view of the future - as well as today's progress towards it with pertinent sidebars, via an entertaining story of a boy and his OG Hacker grandfather.
