RE: Steemit Representative and Booming Program " Concerns and Proposals"

in #steemreps20258 days ago (edited)

Interesting but I like to hear names that you for sure are able to give. More than one account isn't forbidden which is the case with me.
I never upvote myself, I keep my account separate and work very hard for this platform and even vote with both my accounts and communities for Steemians and there are who receive upvotes from each one of them.

I applied for SR and I mentioned I have more than one account and also more than one community. Next to that, I am not tied to any country, and although I run a server since May 15, 2025 I am not filling my pockets. I pay all prizes for contests, I host without booming upvotes or any support. I never ask participants for an upvote (let me change that since receiving upvotes are taken for granted and demanded!).

Like you I am a Steemit lover and I did way more than most Steemians for this platform than many who been highly rewarded from the moment they started.

I notice you have just opened this account (to complain only?) . Can you explain why you hide behind a new account instead of showing your real face, @enamul17?

Greetings ma,

Is it actually a valid information that having more than one account isn't forbidden on the platform? Reasons why I'm asking is because of what happened 2 years back. Users with double or multiple accounts are considered to be farmers which is a serious crime on Steemit. So, was there any change made on this? A user can have more than one account for writing purposes? Just want to be clarified on something to avoid confusions.......

There is no law that says you can't have multiple accounts on steem

Yes Sir, I'm aware of this. I have two accounts which I use one to buy and sell steems. The bone of contention is that, can one create more than one account and use them for contents, maybe one account can be general while the other account can be for a particular line of content with the intention of growing the steem power of the account? I don't know if you get what I'm saying?

You create multiple accounts for content creation

This was a noticeable crime some years back on steemit and those found with double accounts are rendered farmers because verification of users can only be on one face with one account. Any user who uses his face for verification of two accounts would be called to case study...This was the scenario then and a lot of users were caught with multiple accounts and labelled as farmers....Now, the verification system is flexible from my observation but that doesn't mean the steemit watchers aren't watching.....

I just need to understand this. I know there's no law but why the implications then and the flexibility now? Was it to prevent something or create an impression?

Curious as well.

Thank you for your concern and for mentioning me. However, I would like to clarify that the @vhiiesya account is not mine. I have no connection with that account, and I have not written or posted anything from it.

My only involvement on Steemit is through the @hive-117276 (Steem4Professionals) community account, which I manage and maintain. I am currently very busy with my professional life offline, which has limited my active participation on the platform. However, I have always tried to contribute sincerely and ethically whenever possible.

I believe that transparency and fairness are essential for the growth of Steemit, and I fully support any initiative that encourages genuine participation. However, making baseless assumptions or tagging without evidence can lead to confusion and misunderstandings within the community.

Thank you for understanding. Wishing you a good day!

Alright, so no connection with an idle account. Can you tell me your little secret? How you managed to vote, while being absent, as the first?

I could use that tool.

I agree there's a lot of confusion but it's also decent if you accuse people to call them by their names instead of throwing mud only and feed gossips while those who are talked about have no right to respond.

Greetings,

I always use tags when voting. I keep the page open by surging the tags in my browser to see and curate the posts of someone who is participating in all the update initiatives of the Steemit Team. I also vote using burnsteem25 & steemexclusive tag. This method helps me save my time and find new posts.

I can't suspect anyone by guessing. I don't know who made the post, to whom, or for whom. I'm also waiting to see what the latest comes out with.

Thank you for explaining. It will be i interesting to see what happens. The votes given also say a lot even if words are not said. Since there are names I am sure that these persons can explain how or what about who nominates whom. A great weekend.

Estoy de acuerdo con lo que dices. Es conveniente no solo señalar las faltas, sino también a los infractores, si en verdad deseamos un cambio para la plataforma.

If you want to point out something, then you should call names and give people the right to defend themselves. I am not saying that everything said doesn't happen, but this isn't the way.
Every method chosen will have it flaws but that doesn't mean something else can't be tried. And if again this turns out to be abused, the only option left is to stop with this initiative.
