Today I will talk about one of the fastest growing diseases worldwide, however, with less understanding on the part of the world's population of its causes and consequences.

How many of us have never been pointed out as crazy, of bad character, that we are always sad, or reject us because of our way of being?

It seems that most people who point us do not know that people are like that, not because they want to, but because they suffer from a neurological disorder called DEPRESSION.

Depression is not a state of mind, it is a disease, as it can be a flu, with the difference that a depressed person needs medical attention, as psychological, psychiatric and even more, an understanding by the group close to the person who suffers it: family, friends, co-workers, couple.

It is important that people close to the individual suffering from depression know about this disorder, so that they know how to give a treatment according to the needs of the individual who suffers from it.

People who suffer from depression feel that their world is over, they do not find solutions to their problems, they feel a maze in their head that generates confusion, as constant pains of it.
