Basically my Telco provider has been letting me pay $30 for a weeks roaming in Australia yet my Samsung A12 phone is not able to Roam while i am in Australia working.
In NZ i dont need a roaming pack as its my home country and i am on a pay monthly plan.
I am pretty pissed off that they can happily sell me something that does not work on my mobile when i am overseas.
My mobile is 3 years old so hence i brought i new one today which is capable of Roaming.
Hopefully i have explained it.

3 years are not so much... I wouldn't assume that such essential things don't work with this device...
