I was thinking about having a rest day from the bike as my Fitbit app was saying i was at risk of over training 🙄🙄, after dropping the kids off at school i decided i would go for a 5K walk as that is nice and gentle LOL.

After my walk i thought feck it i am going for a ride and what a ride it was, i had loads of energy and powered my way through my 28K ride easily.

In between the walk and bike i managed to get some household jobs done like the clothes washing loading the dishwasher etc etc.

Today we have another cloudy day and the temp is 25 degrees which is rather nice, the Sun has come out at times and as i type its out again.

Here are my Fitbit bike stats from today, i am thinking tomorrow is another good day for a bike ride even if its supposed to rain.

Since we have half of the Lamb left from last night i went to the Supermarket to get some Kumara wedges i saw their yesterday, these will go nicely with the Lamb tonight.

Got some prunes as well as i like the odd prune or two.

I also brought a new phone today as my current one is 3 years old and does not support roaming when i go to Australia for work - that means i cannot receive or make phone calls while there, txt messages also did not work either while in Aus.

This one is only $170 and is more or less the same size as my older one, and this one does support roaming yay!

Apart from the above that has pretty much been my day here in New Zealand.
