We have another Sunny Summer day here today in my part of New Zealand, it would seem Summer has FINALLY arrived!

My day started with a walk around the block before a couple cups of Coffee, then we went to the the hardware store to get a number for the letterbox plus some plants to go around it.

We also went out for Lunch to our normal place which was sensational as it always is, i had the steak and my partner had the steak sandwich.

Its been a week so i thought garden update is on order whether or not you like it or not.

Below is the watermelon plant we have in the vegetable garden which is not doing that great at all, compared to the one in the hothouse which now has 4 little watermelons forming.

This is the watermelon in the hothouse which would be 4-5 times bigger than the one outside.

The strawberry plant is doing nicely and has new growth and even a flower, the rock melon on the right is a sprawling beast that has flowers and will hopefully produce a lot of fruit.

The tomato plant is still growing and has 3 x tomatoes growing now, it takes a lot of watering this thing.

So the plants we got from the store were planted and we will wait for them to grow and fill out, the letterbox is still standing so that's good LOL.

This has been my Friday so far....
