How to never have a missed upvote again!
If you have experienced a missed upvote, it likely has to do with the rolling 24 hour voting window
We have noticed a few missed upvotes over the last several days and wanted to make an announcement...
If you have missed an upvote after delegating to us, have no fear, we still love you and it was completely on accident! :)
We are in the process of transitioning from votes being cast one vote every 24 hours for users to having a set start and end point each day.
For example, we are likely moving towards the voting day starting at midnight china time each day, and then lasting until midnight the following day. So, still a 24 hour window, but a set day to post within instead of a rolling 24 hours.
The end result should be less missed posts/upvotes.
The primary reason that upvotes are missed currently is that you post less than 24 hours from your prior post, so keep that in mind for now while we are making that transition.
Either way though, make sure to let us know if we have ever missed an upvote and we will gladly manually make it up for you.

hello @cyberrn the current voting pattern for upex is every 24 hours . we are working to change it to once a day starting midnights china time . Until the change is reflected if you post only after 24 hours of your last post votes will not miss

Hello @isun, we will be sure to make up this upvote. The current voting pattern for upex is 1x every 24 hours. We are in the process of changing it to once a day starting midnight china time, but until then upvotes will miss if you post more often than every 24 hours...
