Travel Tip: Rokytka Fitness Trail, best outdoor workout in Prague

Welcome to my Travel Tip series where I promote some of the most beautiful places, interesting landmarks and impressive architectural sites of my homeland, the Czech Republic.
Today, I prepared something special for you - something that will be surely appreciated by all sports fans among you - the best outdoor workout spot in Prague known as Fitness Trail Rokytka.

Situated among beautiful forests in the Prague district of Vysocany, on the left bank of the Rokytka Stream, the Fitness Trail Rokytka consists of many different workout stations equipped with all kinds of machines and exercise tools such as benches, dumbbells, bars etc. All equipment is made from durable materials (mostly wood and iron) and it is covered with special protection layers so that it can resist bad weather conditions.

Rokytka is open to public every day, 24/7, and it is completely free. The surrounding forests offers many great jogging trails as well as perfectly maintained asphalt lanes for bikes, inline skates and skateboards. At the main station, you will also find a playground for children so this place is perfectly suitable for families.
The closest public transport stops are the tram stop "U Elektry" and the subway stop "Kolbenova".

Hey Thomas, Rokytka wanna pretty better for outdoor practicing activities. Cool winds remove stressful mentality and increase our feelings. Indeed every exercising equipment, increase tourists attraction to Rokytka. Open for free entrance everyday give us to happiness and if have some freely time to go there don't miss any chance. Absolutely brilliant location introducing for increase citizen's healthy and mentally feelings.

This looks pretty good man! Aside from the fitness aspect, the views also are very beautiful. As I was looking on the internet, I found a few videos that were professionally made and highlighted all the aspects of the area - greenery, parks, fitness and people having a good time in general.
There is a video on Vimeo that I particularly liked. It is really something that I was thinking after watching the video - about how I would have never known of this place if it weren't for you or the steem blockchain. We all know about the famous world sites but it is the regional heritage that constitutes the larger picture

What range of year is best there for outdoor activities? I personally LOVE the fall here in the States. Its just an awesome time of year for me to be outside enjoying myself 😁😎
