TIPS For REMEMBERING / Improving Your Dream Recall

At first why should we remember to our dreams?

Really!? Dreams are cool the things that can happen during the dreams are fascinating and can help us in our current life situation.

Plan to get a good night's sleep

• That means we need 7-9 hours sleep because of the REM Stages, so that we can reach them
• Sleep and wake up every day at the same clock
• 3 hours before sleep = no food

So it sounds crazy but i can really help you

• So that means you need a piece of paper and a pen next to your sleep position
• So you need to write down every dream or even dream scene you remember, every detail, person, place so so so so.
• Make this to a habit

Dont drink alcohol or take mediactions before the sleep, it also can mess up your dreams

When you awake just stay in the same position

• dont move and try to focus on an object maybe the tv or the door knock and now just give your best to remember your dreams

Throughout the day

• throughout the day it can happen that you see something maybe a person, and then you remember that you saw the same person in the dream
• in this situation you should write down these rememberings

• in simple words it means that your body is sleeping and your awareness is awake.
• in this way you are the dream, you can really do anything in your dreams:
